In the STUBN we serve dishes from the Alpine countries, interpreted in a modern way.
Markus Erbach´s team designs the menu using seasonal ingredients. The products come from farmers and producers who share our idea of caring for nature.
We automatically reserve a table in the restaurant for our hotel guests.

Reservations
On Saturday & Sunday it is possible to make a reservation for our lunch menu. We ask you kindly to arrive on time in order to not deprive hikers of empty tables.

Thursday - Sunday
5:30 - 10 pm
In the restaurant you can order á la carte or from the menu of our chef's choice. We serve warm food until 8 p.m. and the last round at 9 p.m.
Reservations
In the evening we recommend a reservation.
For group reservations of 8 or more people, please contact event@stubn.co. The agreement on the menu is mandatory.
