Exploring and honouring traditions and crafts was the essence as we transformed Frasdorfer Hütte into a unique guesthouse in the heart of the Bavarian Alps. A home to an honest kitchen reinventing regional produce and flavours, synchronised with the rhythm of the seasons. The rooms are created in harmony with the surrounding landscape and invites you to observe the silence of the setting. STUBN aims to emerge as a fibre in the web of the local community and in flow with the changing nature that surrounds us.
